The Girl with a Glass Heart!
When I saw her for the first time, I thought she was beautiful. When I met her, I thought she was nice. But when we became friends, I realized she was not only beautiful but a girl with a golden heart. Her style, her attitude—everything is perfectly fine-tuned, and she carries it all like a star. Why not? She is a star writer. She writes about every superstar—judges them, analyzes them, edits them, and sometimes tosses them aside like they’re nothing. Isn’t she bigger than any star? I must say yes. Whatever her profession may be, what truly matters is her friendly nature, caring attitude, and responsible approach, which make her more special than anyone else around me.
Besides being strong in every aspect, what makes her vulnerable is her failure in “love,” which has made her heart fragile, like glass. Every time she recalls her past memories, her heart seems to shatter into pieces that fall in the form of tears. Though she never expresses her feelings and always pretends to be happy, she cannot deceive my eyes. I can sense the pain she feels and tries to hide from others. Her love for that boy never seems to fade, even though she tries to move on. She used to love him unconditionally, never thinking she would have to let go of him. But what she had to endure was not easy to bear.
I feel so sad for her. She is such a sweetheart—how could anyone break her glass heart like that? Unbelievable! But my dear lover girl, duniya is like this. People will come, make you happy, leave, and let you deal with the loneliness. What will you do then—end your life, harm yourself, or give up? No, no! You have to fight back with positivity and determination so that all those who underestimated you realize that you are priceless. You are special! And what my friend is doing now is truly admirable. She carries her pain inside but lives life king-size on the outside. That’s the spirit of life, my dear!
Please don’t cry after reading this last paragraph, and don’t torture yourself emotionally. Take your hanky, wipe your tears, and now I hope you’re fine. Wait—I’ll tell you something interesting about her! She’s very funny and loves shopping. She buys nice slippers and glasses and shows them off to everyone, asking how they look. Only I dare to stand out and criticize her. She gets angry, but dear, I’m just joking. All your slippers and, of course, your Vidya Balan-style glasses are fabulous, and you look awesome in them.
Another thing she loves is Chinese food, especially chili potatoes. She’s the one who introduced me to chili potatoes, and in return, they introduced me to a bulging tummy! But no matter what, I like chili potatoes only because of her.
Well, I must say she’s not just okay, not just good… she’s very good, no… the best… no, actually, excellent! Though she’s an all-in-all entertainment package, let me rate and review her like a feature film. She has a unique charm. She makes you realize how special you are. Her every move is worth watching, her eyes are worth praising, and she respects everyone she believes deserves respect.
So, I’m giving her 100 stars. She’s the kind of friend I’d choose in 100 lifetimes without doubting her for even a second.
Meet her, and you’ll know—she’s a girl with a golden (or glass) heart.
